Our Quotation Charges

Builders invest many hours of their time preparing detailed quotations for new projects, often visiting sites, meeting clients and engaging with subcontractors and suppliers.

However, these efforts are not always rewarded, with companies later discovering that potential clients were just looking for a cost comparison or were never serious about getting the job built in the first place.

For this reason our estimates will always remain free of charge, as estimates are just a knowledgable guide with no written detail and a rough guide price over the phone, or emailed.

Knowing the difference between a quotation and estimate, and using the right one at the right time, can protect you from a costly problems in the middle of a build or works.
