Our Quotation Charge
Builders dedicate significant hours to preparing comprehensive quotations for new projects, frequently visiting sites, meeting with clients, and collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers. A quotation can take one to three weeks to prepare.
However, these efforts do not always lead to positive outcomes, as companies often find that potential clients were simply seeking an approximate cost for future plans or delaying the work for several years until they are financially ready.
For this reason, we charge a fee of £280.00, which is fully refundable and will be deducted from the final invoice upon completion of the contracted works. By charging this fee, we can dedicate our time to preparing detailed quotations for clients who are ready to move forward and make a booking.
