Deposit Requirements
At Stag Builders of Hertfordshire, we operate with a distinct payment policy compared to many other construction companies. We do not request upfront deposits or pre‑dated transfer payments.
Each quotation we issue includes a unique reference number linked to each specific job description. Upon completion of the works, we provide an invoice displaying the corresponding reference numbers, confirming that the works have been completed and are due for payment. This approach ensures transparency, accuracy, and a clear audit trail for every project.
Once payment for the issued invoice is received, we proceed with the remaining quoted works. We believe this approach promotes fairness, transparency, and security for both parties throughout the contract.
