Whether you require a free estimate or a detailed fixed‑price quotation (which is chargeable), a free comprehensive site visit is essential before any work commences. This crucial step allows your builder to gain a clear understanding of your vision, identify any site‑specific challenges, and establish precisely what is required for your project.
How long does a site vist take?
Most site visits typically last between 30 and 40 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the project. During the visit, the builder or quantity surveyor will review your requirements, take any necessary measurements, and record any details relevant to the proposed works. If you have architectural or structural drawings, these will also be requested, as they enable us to prepare an accurate and fully costed quotation based on the information gathered.
