Recomended specialist in K Rend
K-rendering has become extremely popular in Hertfordshire over recent years, and it is with good reason why. The finish on K-rendered properties is smooth and sophisticated, with a huge variety of colours and textures. And, because the colour penetrates all the way through the render, this finish is maintained for decades. It also leaves your home breathable and weather-resistant which is, of course, important for your long-term comfort

What are the different types of plastering and rendering services?
Plastering
What is plastering? Its basically a coat of Plaster applied on the interior surface of walls or ceilings. Its a building material that's used for the protective or decorative coating of walls and ceilings
K Render
K Rend is a top-quality rendering product manufactured from silicone for superior water repelling results. By using this advanced silicone technology that's used to create K Rend, means that a high level of water repellency is achieved on the exterior of the building or wall surface being rendered.
Sand and Cement Render
Cement rendering is still being used although outy dated. The application of a premixed layer of sand and cement to brick, concrete, stone, or mud brick. It is often textured colored, or painted after application. It is generally used on exterior walls but can be used to feature an interior wall.
Monocouche Render
The word ‘monocouche’ is derived from French: mono (single) couche (coat), hence the term ‘one coat render.’ Weber monocouche creates a coloured render finish suitable for most types of brick or blockwork. Consisting of just a single coat, applied in two passes, this unique cement render saves time and resources compared to a traditional two coat system.
